Christmas $100 give away T&Cs
1. Must have liked, commented and shared the Facebook page on or before the 20th Dec 2024
2. Prize is a $100 gift voucher of your choosing ONLY, no cash
3. Gift voucher can be either delivered or posted if not in or around Toowoomba
4. Limited to 1(one) entry per person
5. Voucher will be delivered or posted on the 21st Dec 2024
6. Postage details will be sent to the winner directly
7. Winner must be able to privately provide a valid email address to claim prize
8. If the first winner does not claim their winnings by the 22nd Dec 2024 a second winner will be drawn on the 23rd Dec 2024. If the second winner does not claim their prize by the 24th Dec 2024 the $100 will be donated to charity
9. If the winner wishes to donate their winnings to a charity of their choice, the business will add a further $100($200 total) to the same charity in the winners name
Referral discount T&Cs
1. Discount capped at $500 per use
2. Discount capped at one use per customer
3. Customer must be able to provide a valid name of pervious customer
4. Discount cannot be traded or used in return for a cash refund or credit
General T&Cs
1. All invoices will be due in full within 7 days of send date
2. Failure to pay in full may result in legal action and/or compound interest accrued at 2.5% per day
3. All quotes and estimates are valid only for 30 days
4. Quotes over $1000 dollars must pay a deposit for cost of materials before a date can be booked
5. Deposits are not refundable once materials have been paid for, however materials will be delivered at no extra charge to the customer at the business availability
6. Cancellation of job by the customer without re-booking within 48 hours of booked time will incur a 25% charge up to $500
7. Weather dependent jobs may need to be re-booked, but may not be cancelled by the customer
8. If customer cancellation due to weather without re-booking occurs, All materials purchased must be paid in full by the customer(no matter the price) and will be delivered at no extra charge at the business availability
9. If customer cancellation due to weather without re-booking occurs, a 25% fee up to $500 may be charged
10.Customer specific materials i.e specific colored paint, must be purchased and paid in full, and the remaining can be left at customer property if desired
11. Customer supplied materials have no guarantee for quality, fitment/volume or accuracy.
12. Quotes are free and no obligation, however on jobs that require significant planning, engineering or other excessive time requirements to quote, a customer may be charged a $100 fee separate to the quote. Customers will be informed if this is necessary before hand and may choose to not be quoted at all. The Fee must be paid before plans, drawings, or job quotes can be provided.
13. If council or govt. permits are required, the customer is required to obtain these before any work can be started. If the required permits or plans cannot be provided by the booked date, a 25% fee up to $500 may be charged.
